UDLC Rapid Response Committee
UDLC’s Rapid Response Committee is made up of approximately 30 volunteer Utah lawyers representing expertise in numerous fields of law. The main purpose of the Committee is to provide a valuable “on-call” source of legal research and insight for our local legislators on issues and bills that arise during the legislative session. We also assist the Democratic Party at their request with various legal issues. We need your assistance — particularly during the legislative session. Please volunteer to become a member of the Committee. When our legislators need legal advice with respect to issues and bills, members of the Committee are contacted to provide that advice. If you have interest or expertise in a particular area, please let us know so that we can best utilize your talents.
